Return Policy

You have the right to return your item within 30 days from the date you received it.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange.

Important Return Information

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

If you have not received your package within 45 days from the order date, we will issue a full refund.

Return Process

Contact us first – It is very important that you contact us through the contact form on our website or by email at kontakt@babyrevolve.se to initiate the return. We must confirm your return before you send the product back.

Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation via email.
We will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank – processing time can vary before a refund is registered.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at kontakt@babyrevolve.se.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item worth more than 750 SEK, please consider using a trackable shipping service.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
