Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are not collected and are returned to us may incur a restocking and return shipping fee of up to the equivalent of 15 EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, or local currency.
This helps cover the costs we are charged by our shipping partners.
Lost Packages
We want you to receive your order in time and in perfect condition.
If your parcel is lost during transit due to a courier issue, and you have provided the correct shipping information, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
